DATE: Victorian, c.1890

A creepy and cool antique spider brooch set with a rock crystal cabochon and golden/smokey quartz- both stones making up its large rounded body. The spider is poised at the centre of gold bar, with structured legs and chelicerae and fangs- crafted in 15 karat gold throughout. It comes complete with a fine gold safety chain and it dates from the Victorian period.
