DATE: Victorian, c.1890

A charming Victorian period brooch modelled as a gorgeous classic car. The full body is silver set with old cut diamonds throughout, and are super bright, sparkly and they give the car great movement. One thing I love about this brooch, the diamond set wheels actually move! It features a demantoid garnet and ruby top and front, and is finished with swooped gold work to complete the body work. With 15k gold fittings to the back, it features a fine gold safety chain- so it definitely cannot speed away from you!
