DATE: Art Deco, c.1920

This striking antique bar brooch dates from the Art Deco period, circa 1920. Set across the bar are three square shaped onyx panels, set with three old cut diamonds (2.40ct total) that appear to flat across the top of them, like twinkling stars in the night sky. In-between each panel are single rows of diamonds amongst platinum millegrain. At either side, horizontal rows of diamonds are set with onyx borders, and it features lovely scroll detailed sides and open backed settings. Crafted in platinum throughout, it has a total diamond weight of 3.50 carats- and you can wear this on your collar, on a chain or even in your hair!
