Returns

Items under $1500 can be returned for a refund (minus the cost of shipping) or store credit. To initiate a return please let us know within 7 days of delivery. Items over $1500 can be returned for store credit only. In certain circumstances we can offer a longer returns period – get in touch and we’ll work with you.

Pieces in the BL Bespoke range are made to order, and are therefore final sale. We cannot accept returns on these items.

Please note that return shipping costs will not be reimbursed and we cannot accept the return of any items that have been altered or resized. All returns must be approved by Butter Lane Antiques.
