DATE: Georgian, c.1820

This charming half hoop ring is set with turquoise cabochons and chunky old cut diamonds. Dating from the Georgian period, circa 1820, the two cabochons display a perfectly matched and vibrant colour- while the old mine cut diamonds (0.40ct total) glisten in their open backed settings. The stones rest in lovely detailed settings, with swirling motifs applied to the gallery, that carry onto the shoulders and band. Its crafted in 15k yellow gold throughout and rests beautifully against the finger.
