DATE: Late Victorian, c.1900

This charming late Victorian cluster ring features a gorgeously round head, set with a sapphire and old cut diamond cluster. The sapphire, 0.5 carats, displays velvety shades of dark and bright light blue throughout. Surrounding the centre stone is a sparkly cluster of old cut diamonds, with a pierced gallery and open backed settings. It features subtly pinched shoulders and a slim band, modelled in 18 karat gold. Dates to the turn of the century, circa 1900.
