DATE: Georgian, c.1800

Incredible Georgian gloved hand charm/pendant dating from the turn of the 19th century. It's beautifully textured throughout, with diamond ring on the index finger and applied gold flower and leaves on the cuff. It holds a small gold orb between thumb and finger (I've always wondered the significance of this, as these hands often have them - anyone know?) Crafted in 15 karat gold.
