DATE: Victorian, c.1860

A striking antique banded agate and natural pearl locket pendant, dating from the Victorian period. It's crafted in 15k gold with dreamy natural pearls that rest in a double halo settings surrounding the agate. The agate is gorgeous, it's domed with a great white stripe down the centre and the bail is set with further pearls and a small banded agate cabochon. The back reveals a locket compartment and it dates from circa 1860.
