A cute Georgian period sentimental pendant, the main body is modelled as a double heart hand carved and polished from a single piece of carnelian agate, with two charms attached to the top by a gold chain. The key and heart motif would be read as "the Key to My Heart", and this piece would certainly have been given as a token of deep affection.
