DATE: Victorian, c.1900

Cool late Victorian pendant featuring an artist's palette, complete with gem-set "paint" colours and paintbrushes with enamelled tips as if they've just been used. Perfect for an artist or art-lover alike; crafted in 15 karat gold, it dates from the turn of the 20th century. The stones are: emerald, diamond, sapphire, ruby, citrine, and in the middle an opal. The latter, of course, mixing up the other five colours quite beautifully. Converted from a bar brooch.
