DATE: Georgian, c.1780
A sweet 18th Century Posy Ring modelled in 18k yellow gold. The inscription to the inner band reads "Reading this wish me a kiss" - such a lovely sentiment for a betrothal ring. It was made in England circa 1780, and remains in remarkably good condition given it's almost 250 years old.
