The term navette (often used interchangeably with Marquise) means "little ship" in French, in reference to the boat-like shape it describes.. This gorgeous and perfectly shaped antique navette cluster ring dates from the Edwardian period, circa 1910. The head rests North/South along the finger, and features dainty scalloped edges amongst lovely millegrain detail. A 1.65 carat total of old mine cut diamonds are set throughout, each one of chunky cut and sparkling bright white. With a pierced gallery and split shoulder details, its modelled in 18 karat white gold throughout, and remains in gorgeous antique condition.
