This stunning antique panel ring is dripping with old European cut diamonds surrounding a central 1ct Burma ruby. The openwork panel runs North/South along the finger and features an outer halo of old cut diamonds. It's crafted in platinum throughout and dates from the Art Deco period, circa 1920.
