DATE: Victorian, c.1880

A cute antique charm depicting a mouse with a little ball of cheese (represented by a pearl). It's crafted in 18 karat gold and dates from the latter half of the 19th century, the mouse apparently taking cover inside a tiny little house (/beach shack). Quite unusual and very charming.
