"Where I cling I die." The sweetest Victorian love token charm, modelled as an Ivy leaf, which slides open to reveal the words: "Ou je m'attache je meurs" in the most charming hand painted enamel. A subtle yet exciting double meaning is revealed when we consider the Victorians referred to orgasms as "little deaths" (thanks @annaganishh ). It's French, crafted in silver with the most gorgeous gold wash, and dates from the latter half of the 19th century, circa 1880.
