DATE: Victorian, c.1890

A quality antique double albert chain dating from the Victorian period, circa 1890. It comprises two lengths of soil rose gold curb links joining with a T-bar at the centre, and two clasps at each end. Each component, including all links, are Stamped 9 and 375, and the bar features the Birmingham assay mark (anchor). The length (16.3 inches) makes it a great piece for layering, and it's good and heavy at 57.4g.
