This stunning Victorian long chain necklace is set with natural yellow sapphires throughout... That's approximately 150 carats of dreamy rare yellow sapphires!! They display a gorgeous sun-drenched, lemon colour, perfectly combined with the yellow gold chain and settings. Each of the stones are set in open backs, with lovely chunky facets, and are connected by a buttery 15 karat yellow gold chain. It fastens with a gold bolt ring, with a wearable length of 59 inches - this can be worn long, or even doubled for a super gemmy look. It remains in lovely condition and dates to the turn of the century, circa 1900. In addition to being beautiful, yellow sapphires are believed to bring the wearer luck, wisdom, happiness, and prosperity!
