DATE: Imperial Russian, c.1900

The Imperial Russian egg pendants we come across are usually 'miniature', but this one's the tiniest we've ever seen (12 x 8mm). It's finished in beautiful dark turquoise guilloché enamel over 14k gold, with Russian 56z marks on the jump ring. Naturally the craftsmanship is exquisite, and it's particularly exciting to find such a small example.
