Georgian Turquoise & Amethyst Harp Fob Pendant
Georgian Turquoise & Amethyst Harp Fob Pendant
$700.00
Description
DATE: Georgian, c.1820
A gorgeous Georgian seal fob and split ring dating from the early 19th Century, circa 1820. Set with amethyst and turquoise, the main body is formed as a harp, with coiled gold wire strings and cannetille detailing, and a purple paste stones is mounted over foil in the base. Particularly high quality, and modelled in 15 karat gold throughout, it would have originally been worn on the end of a pocket watch chain, but we think it looks great as a pendant.
