DATE: Georgian, c.1820

Such a cool Georgian bloodstone seal fob with a particularly pertinent message for our current situation...... Intaglio carved on the base is a bird flying out of its cage, with the motto "How Sweet Is Liberty". I'm sure we can all relate in these strange lockdown times. It's crafted in 9 karat yellow gold and dates from the 1820s.
