DATE: Art Nouveau, c.1910

A wonderful Art Nouveau "toi et moi" engagement ring with elegant crossover shoulders. It's set with a vivid blue sapphire and a chunky old European cut diamond - the "you" and the "me". It dates from the turn of the century, circa 1900, crafted in 18 karat yellow gold with claw settings and silver-tipped shoulders. The combination of symbols from the stones set in the ring are super charming- with the diamond representing purity and love and the sapphire, wisdom and royalty.
