DATE: Victorian, c.1890

This charming Victorian navette shaped brooch is set with a diamond cluster surrounding a natural ruby centre. Modelled in 15k yellow gold throughout, it features open backed settings- enhancing the stones' lovely colour and brightness. The centre stone displays a lovely pinky/red hue, and is flanked by two old cut diamonds at either side- around half a carat total. The old cut diamond cluster borders the piece, and it features brooch fittings... Although we love this worn as a pendant!
