DATE: Victorian, c.1890
A particularly sweet antique Forget-Me-Not ring dating from the late Victorian period. The flowers are finished in bright blue enamel, with green leaves and yellow centres - the level of detail is superb. The backdrop is subtly textured, making the flowers really stand out. It's modelled in 18 karat gold, dates from circa 1890, and is most likely of French origin.
