DATE: Georgian, c.1820

Fabulous Georgian teardrop earrings set with foiled Imperial topaz paste drops dangling beneath diamond bar tops. The pastes display that gorgeous peachy pink-orange colour, accentuated by the closed foil dish backs. Crafted in 15 karat gold throughout, with claw set old mine cut diamonds - around 15pts each - add extra sparkle above.

CONDITION

Very good, the tops are later additions (probably Edwardian, circa 1910). The stones show light wear commensurate with age - nibbled facet edges and light scuffs. The backs are dented, see images
