DATE: Edwardian, c.1910

This stunning Edwardian period frame brooch is a masterclass in millegrain open work. The entire brooch is dripping with diamonds, 2.3ct total, amongst gorgeous platinum millegrain- from the framed top and bottom to the floral side sections. Two small onyx trefoil motifs are set at each side of the frame, adding a lovely contrast to the bright, white piece. With a platinum safety chain and brooch fittings, it remains in lovely antique condition.
