DATE: Art Nouveau, c.1910

A very pretty turn of the century three stone diamond engagement ring commonly referred to as crossover ring. It's set with a natural blue sapphire, in-between two sparkly diamonds, within platinum millegrain settings. The three stones of a trilogy ring are said to represent the past, present and future, and this one is in crafted in 18k gold and platinum, which runs along the outer band and back up to the shoulders. (Platinum doubled). Dates from the Art Nouveau period, circa 1910.
