DATE: Art Nouveau, c.1890

A simply stunning 6.38 carat rests at the centre of this gorgeous Art Nouveau solitaire ring. The cut of the stone is fantastic, each of its facets hitting the light when moved across your finger, and even better it displays that dreamy blue colour we all love. It rests in fancy detailed open settings, and clover/flowers rest at the shoulders, finished with a pommel detail and fine engravings. This spills onto the 18 karat yellow gold band and it dates to circa 1890.
