DATE: Antique, c.1900

A fascinating antique orb fob and chain, dating to the turn of the century, circa 1900, and of European origin. Its modelled in 18k gold throughout, and the orb features a chequered pattern of vibrant blue crosses on fine black enamel. In-between each black enamel section, gold diamond shapes are finely pierced with floral details, perfectly matched with enamel panelled chain, set with the same gorgeous work. The orb is perfectly rounded, and the chain measures at 4.5 inches- with a dog clip to hang from your chain.

MEASUREMENTS 

Orb: 1.4 x 1.4cm (1.8cm height including bail) 

Chain: 4.5 inches length - 2.5mm width
