DATE: Vintage, c.1970

A pair of emergency cash charms, each one formed as a gold box with a folded note behind a pane of glass. These two contain a £1 and a £10 note respectively (and I like that together they make 101... a nice covert nod to the bizarrely Orwellian turn global politics appears to be taking right now) and have the words "IN EMERGENCY BREAK GLASS" stamped into the sides.
