A stunning antique pavé heart pendant set with dreamy pearls, and is topped with a pearl bow. Complete with a gold bail, it's in excellent condition and dates from the Victorian period, circa 1880. Modelled in 15k gold throughout, and looks great on a chain. Comes complete with fitted box.
