Description

DATE: Late Victorian, c.1890

Fantastic late Victorian navette cluster ring, the main event being a mouth-watering 2.32 carat cornflower blue sapphire, oval faceted, certified as Sri Lankan (Ceylon) origin with no evidence of heat treatment. A sapphire of this size and quality (it's virtually inclusion free, clear as glass) that haven't been treated extremely rare, so it's a privilege to handle.
