DATE: Edwardian, 1910

Striking antique serpent ring set with a row of graduated mine old cut diamonds (full carat total) down the back of its head and neck. It coils around the finger twice, with head resting on top if it's kinked tail... The relatively slim profile (compared to many antique snake rings) makes it wearable and versatile; crafted in 18 karat gold with clear London hallmarks dating it to the year 1910.
