DATE: Art Deco, c.1920

Stunning 1920s sapphire and diamond cluster ring styled as a flower. The stones rest in millegrain platinum bezel settings with the head designed to sit low against the finger. The sapphire is natural with an unusual colour distribution that gives it a different appearance depending on the viewing angle: an vivid mid blue to an extremely pale blue. Particularly alluring, nestled within a halo of old European cut diamonds in 'petal' mounts. Crafted in platinum throughout.
