DATE: Art Deco, c.1920

A striking Art Deco tea service in solid sterling silver, dating from the 1920s. It's a four-piece set comprising a teapot, coffee pot, milk jug, and sugar basin. Each piece is fully hallmarked, the milk jug and sugar basin have angular silver handles, while the tea and coffee pots each feature an eye-catching bakelite handle with feather motifs (for both appearance and added grip), and the teapot has an applied scallop shell design on the top of the spout. T S makers mark stamped on each piece.


Teapot: 9 x 11inches (including handle and spout) 

Coffee Pot: 7.7 x 8 inches (including handle and spout) 

Milk Jug: 3.1 x 5.1 inches (including handle and spout) 

Sugar Basin: 3.1 x 5.9 inches (including handles)
