DATE: Victorian, c.1890

An elegant antique 5-stone half hoop ring set with sapphires and diamonds. It's modelled in rich 15k gold throughout, and set with alternating sapphires and old mine cut diamonds. The centre stone, a big and bright 1.15ct OMC. With details to the shoulders, which travel along the band, it dates from the Victorian period, circa 1890.
