DATE: Victorian, c.1890

This amazing Victorian three stone ring is bezel set with two 0.38ct old cut diamonds and a central half carat emerald. Shaped much like a pretty bow, the three stones are surrounded by a halo of old cut diamonds in silver scalloped shaped settings, that run north/south along the finger. Pinched in the centre by diamond set shoulders, the emerald displays great saturation and vibrant colour, a great contrast to the bright white diamonds that surround. With a gorgeously open worked gallery, the band is slim and modelled in 15 karat gold. Dates to circa 1890.
