DATE: Art Deco, c.1920

A lovely Art Deco sapphire and diamond five-stone ring dating from the 1920s. The stones are set in square settings (platinum): three transitional cut diamonds and two calibre cut sapphires. The band is 18k gold, creating a gorgeous contrast with the platinum, with elegant pinched shoulders.
