If you know sapphires, you'll know that an 8 carat no-heat Burma sapphire isn't to be taken lightly... Here, mounted in a beautiful, diamond set platinum ring mount, is an exceptional example of a no-heat Burma sapphire. The gorgeous, transparent cushion cut stone displays an incredible velvety intense blue colour - with certification confirming the origin, size, weight, and lack of treatment. It's set in the centre of baguette cut diamonds - three at each side - with an open worked geometric design to the gallery. Its modelled in platinum throughout, with a slim band and it dates to the Art Deco period, circa 1920. A ring such as this is certainly a stand out.
