A stunning low profile 5-stone ring, set with five graduated natural sapphires, surrounded by a cluster of old cut diamonds set in platinum. Fine millegrain detailing completes the head with floral detailing to the shoulders. The band is crafted in 18k gold and dates from the late Victorian period, circa 1900.
