A gorgeous antique heart locket, set with a turquoise cabochon centre. It's crafted in 15 karat yellow gold and the stone rests in lovey rub-over settings. It dates from the turn of the century, circa 1900 and it opens to reveal two locket compartments, ready for the addition of a photograph of your own loved one(s).
