DATE: Victorian, c.1880

Graceful Victorian earrings set with natural blue sapphires and chunky old European cut diamonds. Each one comprises a flower cluster with central sapphire and diamond petals dangling beneath diamond-set fleur-de-lys tops; 15k gold wires and backs with stones set in silver to accentuate their colour. Beautifully made, by hand, in the 1880s.
