DATE: Victorian, c.1900

A stunning pair of antique teardrop earrings, each one set with a vibrant Padparadscha Sapphire within a cluster of old cut diamonds. The sapphires display the highly soughtafter vibrant orangy-pink colour , while the design is simple and timeless - a teardrop shaped drop dangling beneath two articulated diamond points. They dates from the late Victorian era, circa 1900, with screw-backs that can easily be replaced with ear wires if desired.
