DATE: Victorian, c.1876

An exquisite antique silver locket and collar, this one's quite a special example with English hallmarks for Birmingham, 1876. The locket features applied yellow and rose gold floral and foliate details, along with beautifully hand-chased detailing to complete. Surrounding the locket are small silver pommels, and it opens t reveal two fabric insets ready for your own mementos. This gorgeous locket hangs from a perfectly matched collar, again, decorated with applied yellow and rose gold forget-me-not flower details. Its made up of oval and rectangular panels with a wearable length of 16 inches. It finely worked and well executed, my favourite we've had on the site for a while...
