A gorgeous antique locket ring dating from the Victorian period, with a secret message hidden at the head. A hinged gold compartment features an old cut diamond set in a square shaped setting, surrounded by ivy leaves which are known to symbolize fidelity and marriage in the "Language of Flowers"... DARLING in hidden behind it in gold high relief, matching perfectly with the floral motif symbolism. Its modelled in 18 karat yellow gold throughout, and features English hallmarks for Chester assay office and the year 1896.
