an unusual 18k gold Edwardian period c1910 working perpetual calendar locket. the outer case with working perpetual calendar. beautufully enamelled with original blue vitreous enamel. open it the reveal a rock crystal locket compartment easily accessed to add a photo. the reverse has a timer and a scythe or sickle. which i'm unsure the symbolism behind other than times ticking? perfect to wear on a chain.
