DATE: Art Deco, c.1930

This lovely pair of antique earrings are set with old cut diamond clusters surrounding a natural blue 0.86ct sapphire. Dating from the Art Deco period, they're modelled in high karat white gold throughout and hang from long and slim wires topped with pommels. Each cluster hangs just over an inch from the ear, freely with open backed settings and pierced gallery's. The sapphires display a rich and intense shade of blue, a gorgeous contrast to the bright white old cuts surrounding, 0.72ct total for each ear. A gorgeous pair, perfect for day to night wear.
