DATE: Art Deco, c.1930

A fantastic Art Deco cluster ring dating from the 1930s. It almost reminds me of an eye, with a strip sapphires set straight through the centre of the diamond cluster. The trio of triangular and asscher cut sapphires are intense in colour and full of life, a great combination with the the old cuts- bright and sparkly. All the stones are set surrounded by fine millegrain detail, while the band is crafted in 18 karat yellow gold. A beautifully geometric design.
