DATE: Art Deco, c.1920
An archetypal Art Deco bar brooch set with diamonds and blue sapphires. Two thin white gold bars converge at a geometrically styled head: a transitional cut diamond centrepiece set within an openworked octagonal mount, flanked to either side by calibré sapphires and stepped millegrain rose diamonds. Crafted in 9 karat white gold and platinum, circa 1920.
