DATE: Vintage, c.1975

A cool vintage cluster ring dating from the 1970s. It's modelled in 18 karat yellow gold and set with a 1.10ct blood red ruby within a diamond-set cross motif; the contrast between the icy white diamonds and yellow gold is echoed down the shoulders but white gold ribs, almost gill-like in appearance. With French owl import marks indicating it was retailed in Paris, it's a striking look and remains in great condition.
