DATE: Vintage, c.1970

Founded by Fred Samuel in Paris in 1936, Fred of Paris, or simply Fred, is known for beautiful coloured stones and classic design. He drew inspiration from his upbringing in Argentina and the sights of Paris to create gorgeous designs that made a mark in the fashion industry. The Fred of Paris brand is well-known for custom colourful designs.

This Vintage modernist ring in modelled as a lucky four leaf clover, set with a central sapphire and diamond cluster (diamonds approx. 0.20ct). Three leaves of the clover feature chunky gold pommel details, while the fourth in contrast displays a smooth gold finish. It's crafted in 18k yellow gold, and the band features signed marks for Fred Paris.
